President Ted Lyles, CPL announced that the Ark-La-Tex Association, through the hard work of Editor Phyllis North, was awarded "Best Newsletter, Large Association" at the AAPL Annual Convention held in San Diego last month. The November 2005 issue of The Register was the newsletter which was submitted for consideration.
